Decreased Appetite Accompanied By Nausea And Weight Loss?
I am a 22 year old girl. When this child experiences a severe decrease in appetite, in my opinion, I am really hungry but when I eat, I don’t want to eat, it’s forced to be nauseous. what should I do. What is this stress factor too, because I haven’t gotten a job after graduating from college, and just broke up in love. Please give me a solution? My scale is currently 45 high 152, my scales were 49 and my height was 150.

Need to be explored further about the condition of decreased appetite that you experience. Keep in mind since when you experience these complaints, are there any factors that trigger it (symptoms arise after eating snacks, drinking coffee or tea, eating spicy foods), other symptoms experienced by you (pain in the left upper abdomen or solar plexus, fever) , vomiting, diarrhea or constipation), history of previous similar diseases, history of treatment that has been done related to these symptoms.
Nausea can be caused by several possible causes, including gastric disorders such as stomach ulcers, acid reflux, gastroenteritis, appendicitis, food poisoning, organ abnormalities such as the liver, pancreas, bile, kidneys, disorders of the balance system such as vertigo, Meniere, migraine , ear infections, vertigo, hormonal regulation disorders. Decreased appetite can indeed be influenced by disorders caused by stress and psychological pressure on your work or social relationships.
It is advisable to consult a doctor regarding further examination and management. It is necessary to do a physical examination related to the condition of nausea that you experience, as well as supporting examinations such as blood tests if found indications related to these investigations. Treatment can be given to help regulate stomach acid or reduce the nausea that you experience.
Avoid taking self-medication without doctor's instructions, can set your diet into smaller portions but more frequent frequencies, eating fruits and vegetables more often, looking for activities or pursuing a hobby to reduce stress or psychological pressure, making sure you get time to rest which is sufficient and not staying up late.
Hopefully this information can help you,
