Decreased Appetite After Menstruation?
I came here for 5 days menstruation, after menstruation I lost my appetite … may doc explain why
Nausea / vomiting can reduce appetite. Nausea and decreased appetite can be influenced by several factors as follows:
Reaction to excessively sharp aroma Gastric acid diseases Gastritis Food poisoning Infections such as typhus, hepatitis, gastroenteritis Carsickness Vertigo Migraine History of head injury Drug side effects Alcohol consumption and caffeine Are there any complaints other than nausea and decreased appetite? For the time being you can do some of the following tips to reduce nausea:
Consumption of warm ginger or inhale the aroma of ginger Eat in small portions but often and do not be late to eat Manage stress properly Rest enough to avoid the aroma or taste that is too sharp Expand drink water Avoid spicy, sour, fatty, oily foods Reduce caffeine and avoid alcohol Avoid lying down immediately after eating, give a pause of about 1-2 hours If within 3 days the nausea has not improved or then accompanied by severe vomiting, high fever, vomiting of blood, or other symptoms, I suggest that you see a doctor first so that it can be checked directly to make sure the cause of nausea, if necessary additional tests can be done with blood tests, endoscopy, or ultrasound. Furthermore, the doctor can provide more optimal treatment in accordance with the results of the examination to you.
Hope it helps you,
