Then I have to share
Hello Widi, Thank you for the question.
The frequency of bowel movements and the color of the stool are often of concern to parents. You need to understand that the pattern of defecating in each baby is different. Basically babies who consume formula milk will usually defecate more often than babies who consume breast milk. Then, as the baby grows and develops, the baby will eat more and more solid foods. Usually at this time, the frequency of baby bowel movements will decrease. If the color of the stool is brownish yellow, the consistency of the stool is not just liquid, the baby is not fussy, and the baby's weight continues to increase, then there is nothing you need to worry about. You need to worry about this condition if it is accompanied by:
CHAPTER greenish color, mixed with blood or mucus
babies find it difficult to eat and drink
baby weight does not increase
decreased frequency of BAK
the baby looks limp
If any of the symptoms above appear, immediately consult your baby to a pediatrician for further examination and treatment. Please continue to give milk as usual while still monitoring your baby's activities.
