Hello, thank you for the question to HealthReplies.com

Hepatitis A is an inflammatory disease of the liver caused by hepatitis A virus infection. This virus can be transmitted through food or drink that is contaminated with feces that contain the hepatitis A virus. Although in some people infected with the hepatitis A virus can experience symptoms such as fever, abdominal pain , weak and lethargic, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, yellow skin, etc., some others do not experience any symptoms when infected with this virus.

Basically if you really don't feel any symptoms, you may just keep doing your daily activities as usual. Some things you need to make sure of:

This virus is very contagious, transmission is through the faecal-oral. Therefore, you must make sure you always wash your hands thoroughly with soap before you prepare food for someone else or after you defecate. Make sure you eat and drink in a place that is guaranteed cleanliness If you feel weak or tired, do not force yourself to continue to move, but rest your body. The hepatitis A virus can heal by itself without the need for any medication. To facilitate this recovery, you must get enough sleep and rest too. Make sure you eat foods that are well nourished regularly Make sure you drink enough fluids every day (at least 2-3 liters a day) Take control according to the schedule given by your doctor. The duration of healing can vary in each person, in general the symptoms will disappear before 2 months. However, the virus itself is no longer contagious after 2 weeks after the onset of symptoms.

So much information from me, hopefully enough answer
