Different Flu And Covid-19
Doc …. I have had 2 flu days … The first day was only my sore throat to swallow saliva, cough with phlegm, and my physical felt as usual just a little dizzy. Then on day 2 I started to have a cold and cough with phlegm, my body was rather warm, my head was dizzy, my body ached, on the other hand I often stayed up late in front of my laptop and cell phone until 1, 2 even at 4, then on the second day I had the flu, I have PMS the first day and my breath is short (if breathing is long or as usual it will cough up phlegm). The day before I caught a cold, I made contact (handshake) with my family who had the flu (but I’m not sure Doc)
Hello, thank you for the question to HealthReplies.com
The most common symptoms of COVID-19 are fever and dry cough. Other symptoms that can also be found are feeling of weakness and fatigue, muscle and joint pain shortness of breath, coughing with phlegm, headache, sore throat, etc. The mild symptoms of COVID-19 are difficult to distinguish from a cold cough caused by an ordinary respiratory tract virus (rhinovirus). To differentiate COVID-19 examination with PCR must be done.
Try to take measurements of your body temperature using a thermometer. If indeed your body temperature rises above 37.5 degrees Celsius (especially if it reaches more than 38 degrees Celsius) and occurs continuously until now, then your symptoms can lead to COVID-19. Call 119 ext 9 to find out more about the flow of the investigation.
For now, you are required to isolate yourself at home:
Do not leave the house except for doctor's sake
Stay in your own room (don't sleep with other people in one room), if possible, use your own bathroom
Minimize your contact with people in your household
Use a mask at all times unless you are alone in your room
Wash your hands often, suggest that people in your home wash your hands often too
Disinfect items in your home, especially those you have just used or are handling
Don't eat from one plate with other people, don't use cutlery together with other people
Maintain your health by getting enough rest and sleep (at least 7-9 hours a day), eating and drinking enough, getting enough exercise, and not smoking
So much information from me, hopefully enough answer
