Hello, thank you for the question to HealthReplies.com
Basically, hard stool must be removed because if left alone, the stool will be harder and bigger, and eventually it will be more difficult to remove. If indeed you feel your stool is difficult to remove because it is too hard, you can use a laxative that can help soften the stool to help remove the stool that has already hardened. Then you can do the following:
Try to defecate at least once a day or every other day (preferably no more than 3 days no bowel movements)
Try to increase fiber consumption, eat at least 5 servings of vegetables and / or fruit every day
Drink more fluids, at least 2-3 liters a day
Increase your physical activity, don't just sit or lie down
Do not hold back the desire BAB
If indeed the pain in your lower right abdomen is getting worse, you have a fever, your stomach feels hard like a board, there is nausea, vomiting, immediately do a doctor's examination for further evaluation.
So much information from me, hopefully enough answer
