Difficult To Control Emotions, Excessive Sensitivity And Often Hurt Yourself
Tonight doc, I am a girl who is still 16 years old. I have a few mental constraints that I have difficulty controlling. The tragic past made me become an emotionally sensitive person and sensitive to all people. Difficult to focus, have different lifestyle and tend to hurt yourself. This has been going on for more than 3 years in my head, which always thinks negatively. Doc, how do you deal with someone’s anxiety and emotions?
Hello Je Je, thank you for asking HealthReplies.com.
The complaints that you experience can be triggered by the following things:
- experiencing life difficulties or social problems
- psychological trauma
- mental disorders, such as depression, mood disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), adjustment disorders, or threshold personality disorders.
Here's what you can do to reduce the complaints you feel: confide in the problems you face with the closest people you trust, do relaxation, exercise regularly, get enough rest, do the hobbies that you like, avoid caffeine consumption, avoid smoking, avoid smoking, avoid alcohol consumption, do positive things or activities that you enjoy, and you should consult with a mental health doctor / psychiatrist or psychologist to help provide solutions about complaints that you experience.
Thank you, hope that helps.
