Tonight doc, I am a girl who is still 16 years old. I have a few mental constraints that I have difficulty controlling. The tragic past made me become an emotionally sensitive person and sensitive to all people. Difficult to focus, have different lifestyle and tend to hurt yourself. This has been going on for more than 3 years in my head, which always thinks negatively. Doc, how do you deal with someone’s anxiety and emotions?
