Difficulty Defecating In People With Urinary Tract Infections?
Assallammualaikum .. I am widodo I want to ask why urinary tract sufferers like me find it difficult, huh .. Even though I often throw gass away but I don’t feel like choking or heartburn for 5 days I have not chapped .. Thank you
Hi MA Aqul .. Thank you for the question given.
Constipation or constipation is a condition in which defecation is less than 3 times a week, defecating is not complete, or does not defecate at all. Symptoms that can arise include: straining, hard or dry stools, flatulence, pain in the lower abdomen, and nausea. Several things that cause constipation: lack of fiber consumption, often withholding bowel movements, body weight is not ideal, side effects of drugs (for example: calcium supplements, iron, antacids, antidepressant drugs). If you are still unable to defecate, what you can do:
increase consumption of fiber can come from fruits or vegetables
enough daily water needs
do physical activity such as regular exercise
avoid holding bowel movements
If your complaints still occur then it's a good idea to check with your doctor so that the doctor can carry out a direct physical examination. Meanwhile, there is no relationship between urinary tract infection and constipation. Keep doing urinary tract infection treatment until it's complete.
