Difficulty Swallowing After An Abdominal Massage Due To Slipping?
Good night 2 weeks ago I was hurt / fell then my stomach felt shifted to the left and I did not check with the doctor because after a few days later the pain finally I went to a massage, the pain in his stomach was reduced but the night after the stomach massage I felt the food was still stuck in throat (not comfortable but not short of breath) That’s how it is, I massage or what medical treatment should I do?
Hello, thank you for the question to HealthReplies.com
Difficulty swallowing food or called dysphagia can be caused by several possibilities, including:
oesophageal disorders such as achalasia, oesophageal spasm or oesophageal muscle movement disorders, esophageal stricture or narrowing, tumors of the esophagus, foreign bodies in the esophagus, GERD or gastric acid disease
disorders of the mouth and pharynx, such as neurological disorders (stroke, head injury, or degenerative diseases of the nerves) that cause swallowing of the muscles (including muscles in the tongue), cancer of the mouth and pharynx area, enlarged tonsils
If your swallowing disorders occur continuously, you should immediately check with an internist (gastroenterologist) to ensure there are no specific disorders of your esophagus or mouth and pharynx. An ordered stomach may not cause symptoms like you experience, but it needs to be analyzed further to find the exact cause, including the history of the injury you experienced before. The sequence should not be re-done because the benefits are not clearly known and also whether there are certain side effects that can occur from the ordering.
So much information from me, hopefully enough answer
