Discomfort In The Legs, Shoulders, Arms And Right Hand?
It’s been around 6 months, my legs, shoulders and arms feel achy and uncomfortable but don’t feel pain, my blood pressure is normal cholesterol. What therapy should I do doctor
Thank you for asking HealthReplies.com.
Aches and discomfort that feels especially around the legs, shoulders and arms can occur due to many factors. Normal blood pressure and blood cholesterol do not guarantee a person does not experience this complaint.
Here are a variety of other factors that can trigger aches and discomfort in your legs, shoulders and arms as you experience them:
Hormonal changes, in women for example when approaching menopause
Neurotropic vitamin or mineral deficiency
Fibromyalgia (musculoskeletal disorders that appear accompanied by decreased memory, stamina, difficulty sleeping)
Viral or bacterial infections, for example influenza, chikungunya
Nerve disorders, for example due to nerve nerve, diabetes, multiple sclerosis
Athritis (arthritis), for example due to autoimmune disorders (rheumatism), gout (gout)
Psychosomatic disorders, and so on
Need to be clarified, are there any other complaints that you feel besides the aches and discomforts? How old are you now? Is there a history of certain diseases that you are experiencing?
If it's true that your complaint has been going on for months, you should not let it drag on. Get your complaint directly to a doctor or neurologist so that you can evaluate more deeply the possible underlying causes. For now, you can first do the following steps:
Be diligent in exercising, at least 3 times a week with a duration of about 30-60 minutes
Don't get too tired
Rest with enough 6 to 8 hours a day
Live a healthy diet, avoid obesity
Drink plenty of water
Do not massage areas of the body that feel achy and uncomfortable
Manage your stress wisely
Take vitamin B complex supplements if necessary
Hope this helps ...
