Discomfort In The Skin When You Smell The Pungent Aroma Of Food?
Doctor, I want to ask the ‘abnormalities’ of my sense of smell (maybe).
Excessive fear of something is known as phobia. Phobias of certain odors are referred to as Osmophobia. The main symptoms that arise in osmophobia are migraine headaches, palpitations, dry mouth, nausea, and so on. Osmophobia causes disruption to the daily activities of sufferers and can interfere with social relations as well. The fear of the patient in the case of osmophobia is not irrational, even by imagining smell only can cause these symptoms. Goosebumps / goose bumps / goose feathers can arise when the body feels cold, when scared, when feeling happy, sad, or passionate (sexual). Many types of stimuli received by the five senses can be responded to by the body with goosebumps.
If you feel it is bothering you. Dislike for smell is more like fear for you, it's a good idea to consult further with a psychiatrist. Some therapies, both counseling and treatment, might help improve your complaint.
Thus the explanation from me, may be useful.
