Disease Caused By Left Chest Pain Accompanied By Nosebleeds?
Hello doctor, Disease caused by pain and nosebleed left chest ?? This disease started last year but for a year it has not recurred again, but 1 week it has been 2 nights of frequent left chest pain and nosebleeds
Thank you for asking HealthReplies.com.
Left chest pain and nosebleeds can occur together, but are not always related. These two conditions can arise due to various causes, including:
Causes of left chest pain:
Muscle pain (myalgia)
Pleuritis (inflammation of the lining of the lung and chest cavity)
Dyspepsia (increased stomach acid)
Pericarditis (inflammation of the lining of the heart and chest cavity)
Bronchitis (inflammation of the bronchi)
Pneumonia (inflammation of the lung parenchyma)
Causes of nosebleeds:
Exposure to hot weather and dry air
Excessive blowing of your nose or poking your nose
Head or nose injury
Hypertension (high blood pressure)
Sinusitis (inflammation of the sinus cavity)
Blood clotting disorders, for example due to hemophilia, ITP (idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura), blood cancer
Drug side effects, and so on
Our advice, if your complaints recur often enough, you should check with a pulmonologist or ENT doctor. In mild cases, usually your complaint is handled with medication and will get better on its own. However, if you feel that the complaint is based on a more serious condition, the doctor may also recommend that you undergo supporting tests, such as laboratory tests, X-rays, and so on.
In the meantime, what you should do is:
Compress the sore chest using a warm compress
Not overly active or exercising
Do not sleep on the side of the chest that hurts
Eat more discipline, don't delay
Avoid doing too much activity in direct sunlight
When there is a nosebleed, don't panic, sit down immediately, press your forefinger and thumb on your nose, compress the bridge of your nose with an ice cube, and breathe through your mouth.
Hope it helps ..
