Dislocation Of The Ankle Joint?
I have a dislocation of the ankle joint. But I only use parem shake. And not long after the drug was applied. My ankle area felt very stiff and it hurt a lot. Are the effects of my medication or dislocation getting worse?
Hello Renaldyrg, thank you for the question for HealthReplies.com
First of all I want to confirm first, have you really received a diagnosis of ankle joint dislocation from a doctor?
If indeed you have received a diagnosis from a doctor, then you should carry out therapy as recommended by your doctor. Giving it a shake will not bring the loose joint back into place. The symptoms you experience are more due to your dislocation. If you don't do joint position correction therapy, your joints can suffer permanent damage.
If you haven't seen a doctor, you should immediately go to a doctor or orthopedic doctor for further evaluation. If you have an injury to your leg, the injury can not only cause dislocation of the joint, but can also cause other tissue injuries, such as broken bones, broken tendons, ligament injuries, and so on. Your doctor will perform a direct physical examination to see if there is a possible disease that causes your legs to be stiff and sore, and may order investigations such as X-rays, CT scans, or MRI.
Some things you can do in the meantime:
Avoid movement in painful joints Bandage with an elastic bandage so there is not much movement Compress the painful area with a cold compress for the first 3 days, continue with a warm compress Lift your legs higher when you are sitting or lying down
So much information from me, hopefully it will be enough to answer
