Disturbances In Self-confidence Accompanied By Difficulty Communicating With Others?
Permission to ask, lately I feel experiencing strange psychological symptoms. For one moment I often felt most confident and became the most optimistic person but the next day somehow I mentally dropped and turned shy, even reluctant to just reply to a friend’s gaze. When dropped in, I tend to have difficulty concentrating and can’t establish good communication even with the closest people. When communication with others the head becomes dizzy, sweat comes out a lot, and often the words become stammer and too fast. Conditions are worse when talking to the opposite sex, and people are not known. It’s different when I’m more confident, I’m more likely to underestimate other people and more calm. I can even dominate talks. But the consequence I became more sleepy and tired more quickly. I wonder why and what is the solution? I am afraid that if conditions continue to drop will have a negative effect on my productivity and career.
