I am 22 years old I complain every night exactly after Maghrib I feel dizzy, feeling bad, frequent excessive bowel movements every night, upper left abdominal pain, often out of focus, blurred vision, frequent belching and hypotension. Please explain and give advice to resolve the complaint
Hello, thank you for asking at HealthReplies.com
Several things can be the cause of the complaint to you, namely:
1. Irregular eating patterns.
2. The habit of eating unclean foods, such as eating outdoors.
3. The habit of consuming coffee.
4. Consuming less drinking water.
5. Lack of rest
These conditions cause you to easily become dehydrated, low blood pressure, low blood sugar, dizziness and increased stomach acid.
It's better if you arrange your life pattern well. Make a daily schedule of your activities every day. You can make it every night before going to bed. Start your activities at dawn. You should make your own food menu in the morning. This is so that the cleanliness and health of the food you consume can be guaranteed. Prioritize work that cannot be delayed or work that has begun to pile up. Avoid delaying work so as not to pile up. Don't forget to take time to eat, take a 30 minute nap and exercise for 30 minutes. Do not forget also your body's fluid needs at least 2 L in a day. With good time management, you will avoid stress from workloads and you will be able to meet your body's primary needs (eating, drinking, sleeping and exercising). Your body will produce more endorphins which will make you excited and happy.
Thus hopefully useful.
