We understand the inconvenience of your complaint
If your complaint is felt for the first time and has previously consumed the same type of food but does not cause similar symptoms, then the complaint you are experiencing is not a sign of an allergic disease due to food.
Allergic diseases are generally the same as skin allergic symptoms such as rashes, itching in the mouth, skin, throat, swelling in some parts of the body, difficulty swallowing, shortness of breath, wheezing to a threatening allergic reaction namely anaphylactic shock.
The symptoms that you are experiencing may be caused by the production of excess stomach acid due to food that is too spicy, sour, bersantan or fatty or can also be caused by infection from germs that are lowered by the food consumed. Gastroenteritis or gastroenteritis is the type of disease that most often causes symptoms of discomfort in the stomach, nausea, vomiting accompanied by headaches, bloating to diarrhea.
You do not need to worry, to relieve symptoms you can take a break, avoid foods that can trigger excessive stomach acid production (spicy, sour, salty, bersantan, too fatty, coffee, chocolate and tea), meet the needs of body fluids, avoid stress, and taking drugs such as antacids and paracetamol to reduce stomach complaints and headaches.
If the symptoms get worse, do not hesitate to do the examination to the nearest doctor so that further examination and evaluation is done.
Thus the information we can convey, hopefully helps
