Dizziness Accompanied By Weakness In Lung Sufferers After Swimming Sports?
I am 25 years old, before I had lung disease and now I am recovering, I wanted to do swimming coincidentally but before I almost never did sports. After I finished swimming for 30 minutes, I felt dizzy, my body was really weak, I felt like fainting and then my body was lying down / resting so the dizziness and weakness began to disappear, that’s why yes, what are the symptoms or my body was naturally shocked because I never exercised once. thank you
There are many types of lung disease, starting from disorders of the respiratory tract, such as asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, pulmonary infectious diseases such as pneumonia, tuberculosis, and other lung disorders. If you suddenly feel weak and are about to faint, this can be caused by several possible causes, such as low blood pressure, low blood sugar levels, lack of fluids, heart problems, and other possibilities.
For this reason, if you are going to exercise again then try to warm up first and avoid exercising on an empty stomach, try to fill your stomach at least 1 hour beforehand, besides doing light exercise activities first, especially if you have not exercised for a long time, try to exercise with friends so that if something happened can be known and given help immediately.
