Thank you for asking HealthReplies.com
Based on your complaint you may experience:
Increased stomach acid: Symptoms experienced in the form of heartburn, nausea, vomiting, bloating, often belching, discomfort in the stomach.
Vertigo: Rotating headaches accompanied by nausea and vomiting are usually caused by ear disorders.
Abnormal blood sugar levels: This condition can cause dizziness, nausea, vomiting, weakness, cold sweat and even loss of consciousness.
To ensure your condition, I recommend to the doctor so that it is examined immediately and given treatment according to the cause of the complaint that you are experiencing. but because you are destroying the corona virus you can be halfway around delaying it and doing a few tips
Here are tips for you:
Get enough rest
Do not delay mealtime
Avoid spicy foods, sour and coconut milk
Check your ear to the ENT doctor so you are worried about dizziness and nausea from ear disorders
Take paracetamol to ease pain
Eat a little but often
No sleep late
if you've done the above but there is no improvement or even worse you can go to the doctor to do the examination and handling appropriately
Thus the info that I can provide hopefully can help you
