Hello Reyna, Thank you for the question.
Headaches and shortness of breath can be caused by various health conditions. Staying at home for a long time can indeed cause psychological stress for someone especially if the person is accustomed to being active outside the home and doing various activities. However, to ascertain the cause of your symptoms, more information is needed about your other symptoms. Headaches and shortness of breath can be caused by:
stomach acid disease
high stress which causes tension headaches
heart valve disorders
You can try doing independent handling first by:
get enough rest for 7-9 hours every day
regular food consumption
multiply the consumption of nutritious foods and multiply the consumption of water
Limit your consumption of spicy, sour and oily foods
Limit consumption of caffeinated and soft drinks
avoid lying down after eating
avoid consuming large portions of food at once, it is recommended to consume small portions but more often
Avoid exposure to dust and other air pollution
try to do something new every day
try to interact with your friends through social media or telephone
try to keep exercising regularly at home
try to do meditation
take paracetamol if you have a headache that is quite disturbing
If the symptoms of headaches and shortness of breath are enough to interfere with your daily activities and do not improve in the way above, do not hesitate to consult with your nearest doctor so that further tests can be done before giving the appropriate medication for you. If you experience symptoms of shortness of breath that weighs so hard to move and are accompanied by severe chest pain or palpitations, please immediately visit your nearest emergency room because these symptoms require immediate treatment.
I hope this helps.
