Dizzy When Playing Hp?
Hello, I’m 20 years old, I want to ask, 2/3 days ago I was able to play a cellphone for a long time in a dark place, then suddenly my head hurts like a beat, the next day after that, if I hold the cellphone a little longer, it turns on again, but when you don’t have a cellphone, you don’t have a headache, so far, if you hold your cellphone for a long time, it seems like it doesn’t work. Do I have to see a doctor? Thank you in advance
Hello Murni23, thank you for the question.
The headache you experience is almost the same as a headache due to staring at a computer screen for too long. This is generally caused by eye fatigue which must continue to accommodate (continuous focus) or due to radiation waves from electronics. Eye strain (eye fatigue) can be repeated and can cause severe migraines.
You can try several things to prevent the recurrence of similar incidents:
match the electronic light with the ambient light. Both must be balanced. Avoid staring at electronic screens in a dark room. Or if you still want to look at the screen in a dark room, lower your screen light so it's not too bright.
adjust the font size on the screen, don't use letters that are too small.
limit the amount of time you look at the electronic screen. Limit only using electronic items for things that are important or related to work. Rest your eyes every 20 minutes, look at the point at least 6 m in front of you, and do it for 20 seconds.
the distance of the screen to the eye is at least 30 cm, and the screen must not be lower than the eye exceeds 35 degrees (try to screen almost parallel to the eye).
sitting position well, don't lie down.
use a barrier layer on the screen.
keep the screen clean.
If the steps above do not bring improvement, you can consult a doctor to get the right therapy. Hope this answer helps you. Regards.
