Hello, thanks for the question to HealthReplies

First of all, you should try to take objective measurements of body temperature by using a thermometer to find out whether you really have a fever or not. COVID-19 has the main symptoms of fever and dry cough. Other symptoms that can occur are limp body, cough with phlegm, shortness of breath, muscle and joint pain, headache, sore throat, etc. Symptoms of mild COVID-19 are very difficult to distinguish from the symptoms of an ordinary respiratory tract virus (colds) and a PCR examination is needed to determine whether a person is infected with the corona virus or not.
Regarding your symptoms, if indeed you only have a fever (indeed your body temperature rises above normal after measured with a thermometer) but you have no other respiratory symptoms (no coughing or shortness of breath), then you are expected to observe your symptoms first at home. Here are some things you can do:

Take antidemam drugs such as paracetamol to treat your fever
Get enough sleep and rest
Drink more fluids (at least 2-3 liters a day)
Eat nutritious food in sufficient quantities
Avoid smoking

If you experience other respiratory symptoms (you have a cough or shortness of breath) accompanying your fever, especially if you have a clear history of contact with a COVID-19 sufferer, then you are expected to call 119 ext 9 to find out further examination. You have to isolate yourself at home more tightly, don't leave the house at all, sleep in your own room, minimize contact with people in your home, wear masks at all times, wash your hands often, disinfect items in your home, don't eating together from one plate or using cutlery with others. Do self-isolation at home for 7 days or up to 72 hours free of fever (whichever is longer).

So much information from me, hopefully enough answer
