1 Answer:

Hello,

SinusitisĀ is inflammation that occurs in the walls of the sinuses, symptoms that can be caused, such as:

Headache Nasal congestion or yellow-green discharge High fever Pain in the face Flu Loss of sense of smell Bad breath For now you can try to do some of the following tips, such as:

Make sure to get enough rest Consume healthy and nutritious food Avoid smoking and exposure to cigarette smoke Drink 2-3 liters of water/day, avoid caffeinated drinks (tea/coffee), alcohol Keep the ambient temperature comfortable, not too cold Exercise routine according to ability Warm compresses around the nose. And if your condition doesn't improve or gets worse, you should immediately check with your doctor to determine the cause and get the right treatment. The doctor will carry out a physical examination, medical interview, view medical records, and if necessary a supporting medical examination will be carried out, such as a blood test, CT scan.

I hope this helps,
