Hello, I’m a 15 year old and I’m NTB. when I see things like blood, organs, loose body parts as usual, and I also lack empathy and see beggars, orphans, victims of disasters like ordinary people and instead I feel they are despicable. I get emotional fast because of trivial things and easily get out of control. Because of this my life has gone awry. I want it to disappear, if there really is a mental illness or something else, help me get better.
