Do Open Perineal Rupture Wounds Heal By Themselves?
I want to ask the doctor … after giving birth 3 years ago I was in an episiotomy and was tried … but 3 days later my connection was all broken up in the future for 3 years. Then 3 months ago I had surgery with a case of old peeineum rupture. but these past few days I think someone is opening up to a little bit of scaling right near the anus … and throwing my wind forward again how is that doctor … do I have to re-do it if I can be raped again or how am I afraid of the doctor …
Thank you for asking HealthReplies.com.
If treated properly, wounds in the perineum used by episiotomy will often heal completely within 1 to 4 weeks. However, due to various factors, for example excessive physical activity, large wound size, poor nutritional intake, secondary infection of the wound, to a history of certain diseases (such as immune disorders, connective tissue disorders, or bleeding disorders), episiotomy scarring it can take longer to heal. If this wound extends to cause a tear in the anus, then the impact, you can experience vaginal flatulence.
Treatment for definitive episiotomy scars from tearing back is done by re-sewing. Depending on the condition of the wound, the doctor can combine this treatment with other therapeutic modalities, including drug administration, wound care, surgery, and so on. The doctor who examined you would better understand the best treatment that needs to be done according to your condition.
The sensation of having stitches open in the perineum actually does not always mean that. You should not worry too much if you haven't checked it with the doctor. Check with yourself first to a doctor or obstetrician so that you can further evaluate whether your stitches are back off, or not. Thus, doctors can certainly give you the best treatment according to the conditions that you are experiencing.
Here are the initial steps we can recommend:
Get plenty of rest, don't overdo physical activity, including walking or running long distances, going up and down stairs, also sex that involves excessive vaginal penetration
Always keep your sex organs clean
Not wearing tight pants, especially dirty and moist
Do not hold intimate organs with dirty hands
Eat balanced nutritionally-rich, high-protein foods
Avoid free sex
Hope this helps ...
