I took the medicine from the doctor. I was given insecticide and paracetamol. I did not spend it because there was no effect at all even I was like a drug allergy. drink paracetamol, my hands are small bumps … until today I just go the natural way. I drink ginger juice. eat the recommended fruits, and drink palm juice. I want to ask, it seems like my condition is better than before, but why do my bones feel so painful to stand up and walk, I stagger? please help … is my condition really stomach acid disorder or what?
Hello Yeanine, thank you for asking at HealthReplies.com.
Acid reflux disease will not cause complaints of aches in the joints, but it is still possible to arise complaints such as dizziness or headaches in certain people. Complaints that you are experiencing at this time, can be caused by stomach acid disorders that you have, but can also be caused by other conditions such as non-specific viral infections, vertigo, chikungunya or inflammation of the joints (osteoarthritis or rheumatoid arthritis).
To determine whether your complaint is caused by stomach acid disease that you are suffering from or is caused by another condition, it is highly recommended to go back to the doctor to re-evaluate your current condition.
For now, if a complaint is disturbing, you can try taking ibuprofen and antacids according to the dosage on the package to try to help reduce complaints.
It is also recommended that you manage your eating schedule to be more organized every day, avoiding consuming foods / drinks that are spicy, sour, contain coffee, contain alcohol and also fizzy. Also avoid dinner approaching bedtime, give a minimum distance of 4 hours before you sleep for dinner. Make sure you get enough rest every day, do regular exercise and stress.
I hope this helps.
