Hello!

Thank you for the question on HealthReplies.com,

Need to be explored further about the bumps that appear on the neck area that you experience. Since when did a bump appear in the neck area, have you ever experienced a similar complaint before, size, location and number of lumps in the neck area, other symptoms experienced (pain in the lump, swelling, redness, painful swallowing, respiratory distress, fever), history of collisions neck area, history of previous illnesses (mumps, thyroid gland), history of treatment that you have taken to relieve your symptoms.

Lumps in the neck can be caused by several possible causes, including bumps caused by injuries and collisions in the neck area, disorders of the thyroid gland and parathyroid gland, disorders of the salivary glands, swollen lymph nodes, malignancy in the neck region. It is recommended to consult a doctor regarding further examination and management. Physical examination and supporting examinations such as blood and imaging of the neck area can be done if needed. It can also be considered taking a sample from the lump for inspection.

Lymphadenopathy is a swollen lymph node in the neck region that can be caused by a viral or bacterial infection, autoimmune disease, malignancy, or the effects of drug use. Some infections and conditions such as tuberculosis, HIV, autoimmune, can have an impact on the fetus. So it is necessary to identify the underlying cause of the condition of the lump on your neck.

Avoid taking medication alone without doctor's instructions, if a lump in the neck enlarges quickly, causing eating disorders, respiratory problems such as shortness of breath or blockage, causing heart palpitations, immediately consult your doctor. Make sure you adjust your diet regularly and get enough rest.

Hopefully this information can help you,

Regards.
