Does Sitting Too Long Cause Spinal Pain Until The Legs Feel Heavy?
I am 22 years old, about a month ago after traveling a considerable distance my feet if the road feels heavy, lately it’s starting to get better. However, if I sit for too long my spine feels sore and spreads to the legs making the road feel heavy. is there a problem with my spine? is the cause of sitting too long? please info. thank you
complaints of back pain or what is commonly called back pain are often caused by several conditions such as:
history of falls w / moderately strong impact
the habit of lifting heavy weights
wrong position while working
arthritis or arthritis
bone loss or osteoporosis
to find out the exact cause of your complaint, the doctor needs to conduct further questions and answers about your condition and conduct a direct examination. so you are strongly advised to check with a doctor for more details.
If by resting your complaints do not subside, you can apply warm compresses to the affected area. You can try over-the-counter pain relievers such as paracetamol to reduce symptoms.
however, you also need to pay attention to several things so that your spine does not experience further problems, namely: avoid lifting excessive weights, you should use a backpack instead of a 1 strap bag, avoid sitting too long. pay attention to sitting and standing positions (do not bend) and multiply the consumption of foods and drinks that contain calcium such as milk, yogurt, cheese, broccoli, fish and other green vegetables.
so hopefully useful
