Hello Nora
Thank you for your question on HealthReplies.com.
Based on the complaint you made, the complaint cannot lead to one of the diagnoses due to the need for a physical examination and supporting examinations to determine the type of skin kelianan that your sister experienced. But I will try to describe some of the possible causes, including:
allergic contact dermatitis, is a condition in which skin diseases are caused by inflammation due to direct contact between the skin and allergens. The allergen material is actually not dangerous, it's just that the skin of patients with allergic contact dermatitis has a sensitive and hyper reaction so that allergies appear. Characterized by itching, small lumps of water appear, or moist, and then dry reddish, medebal and sometimes scaly.
Irritant contact dermatitis is a skin disease caused by contact with irritants such as detergents, soap, perfume or fragrance. This is marked by redness, dry skin, itching and oerih, and peeling skin.
atopic eczema, reddish itching caused by weather, food, animal hair or clothing materials.
Based on your complaint, it's possible that if your sister has a history of allergies, it can be caused due to allergic contact dermatitis, but if not, it can be caused by irritant mermatitis. There are a number of things you can do to reduce symptoms, including: maintaining healthy skin, avoiding triggers or causes, use soap that is labeled hypoallergic, rinse the skin if exposed to irritants or allergens, give itching powder when it appears lumpy, and avoid scratching.
If that way does not improve, then consult a doctor.
