Does The “black” Line Include Strechmark?
Hello. In my buttocks and thighs there are dark lines, are they stretch marks or are they just scratched? The problem is if there is scratching there should be a wound / blister. Is stretchmark usually white? But this is just a fine dark line. I am 22 years old yet mnikah. Can this be lost? Thank you
Hello, thank you for the question to HealthReplies.com
Basically stretch marks don't have to be white all the time. Stretch mark colors can vary from white, brown, red, purple, blue, or black, depending on the color of your skin. Newly formed stretch marks tend to be darker in color and the longer the color will turn lighter.
If indeed what you see is stretch marks, then there really is nothing you need to do because this condition is not dangerous and does not interfere at all. Stretch marks also generally will not disappear (although as mentioned above, new stretch marks that appear darker will get brighter in color over time). If indeed you feel your stretch marks interfere with your appearance, then you can consult with a dermatologist for certain topical medications or certain actions that can help disguise the appearance of stretch marks.
So much information from me, hopefully enough answer
