Thank you for the question.
Fever, coughing and weakness can indicate that you have a respiratory infection (including due to the Corona virus that causes COVID-19). In addition, infections in other organ systems, dyspepsia, inflammatory disorders, bronchitis, aspiration pneumonia, lung cancer, heart problems, and so on can also cause complaints like you experience.
It is uncertain whether your condition is really caused by COVID-19 or not if there is no direct examination by a doctor. Your body that looks reddish and blackish after being scraped is not specific to refer to certain signs of disease.
Judging from the mild symptoms, it would seem safer if you first handle your complaints at home independently, namely by:
Relieve fever by taking paracetamol
Don't talk and shout too much
Use a mask during coughing
Don't eat and drink cold, artificial sweets and greasy
Stay away from cigarettes, pollution, dust, cold, and other substances that can make coughing worse
Get plenty of rest and exercise regularly
Drink plenty of warm water
Don't leave the house unless it's urgent
If within 3 days the fever does not improve, if there is severe tightness and weakness, you should go to see your doctor directly. You should also do this examination early if you have been in contact with sufferers / suspects of COVID-19. It could be, later you will be directed to see a doctor in internal medicine or undergo additional examinations, such as x-rays, blood tests, throat tissue swabs, and so on.
Hope this helps ...
