.. I was 12 years old … I had circumcised 14 days ago with the stapler method (without sewing). well .. after circumcision, my circumcision has dried … and a thick yellowish discharge and unpleasant odor .. I’ve been to the examination .. the doctor said soak with warm water with VCO ../ soak with salt water / beach water .. Yes … my dry wound is slightly down and slightly swollen, is that normal? The doctor said .. normal but only soak it in warm water ..
Circumcision or circumcision is a procedure to remove some of the skin that covers the head of the penis. Various benefits of circumcision include reducing the risk of urinary tract infections, reducing the risk of sexually transmitted infections, and reducing the risk of penile cancer. There are various types of circumcision measures, both with stitches and not. The healing process usually takes 2-3 weeks. Swelling and bruising will usually appear around the remaining skin and will decrease within 1 week.
Circumcision wounds must be kept dry (not exposed to water), especially in 1-2 days after the action. Redness, yellowish fluid, blood (in small amounts), and slight swelling of the skin of the penis are normal after circumcision. The danger signs to look out for after circumcision are:
Bleeding in large quantities and does not stop
Increased redness on the tip of the penis
Pus out of yellow / greenish wound
If you experience this you should immediately consult a doctor to get the appropriate treatment. Thus the explanation from me, may be useful.
