Dosage For Daily Vitamin C?
Good afternoon, I want to ask if I take Nat C 1000 but only consume half of my tablet per day and the rest is used the next day is it allowed? I am afraid that the dosage will be overdosed, I am a 22 year old SMT 8 student. Thank you
The supplement you mentioned contains the main ingredient 1000 mg of vitamin C, as well as several other extracts. These supplements can help maintain endurance, antioxidants, and maintain healthy skin.
In general, the body only needs vitamin C of 25-75 mg / day, whereas if you are deficient in vitamin C you can give up to 300 mg. The maximum dose of vitamin C per day is 2000 mg. Excess vitamin C in the body will be excreted through urine.
Consumption of vitamin C in excess and in the long term increases the risk of kidney problems, indigestion, insomnia, and headaches.
We recommend that you use additional supplements as needed and adjusted to the rules for how to use them on the packaging. If you are still able to meet your daily vitamin C needs through vegetables and fruit, no additional supplements are actually needed.
However, if you feel that your vitamin C intake is still lacking, you can take these supplements according to the usage rules. If you have a history of kidney problems, indigestion, or are taking other drugs, consult your doctor directly before consuming high doses of vitamin C.
