Dreams That Can Interfere With Psychology?
Hello, is it normal and normal to memorize the places visited in dreams and even the dream itself, I mean that I never sleep without dreaming, even sleeping 15 minutes always dreaming, ordinary or spooky daily dreams and when waking up or daydreaming are often unknown places in my dream I just crossed it … even the details of the place I memorized even though I didn’t know what and where … in the past I wasn’t so disturbed but lately how come more and more often in my dreams, is that reasonable? Or can it bother me psychologically?
Many people say that dreams are flower beds. But dreams are actually the appearance of certain images, emotions, moods, or ideas when someone is sleeping and until now there has been no way to manipulate dreams. Dreams can be fun, can also be stressful or scary.
A dream is a normal and normal thing as long as it does not disturb the life of the person concerned. Dreams occur during REM / rapid eye movement sleep (when you are in deep and deep sleep).
We can't control our dreams, but you can try doing the following tips first, ok:
Try to get enough rest and not stay up late
Take a warm shower before going to bed
Manage stress well
Change the sleeping position or change the room atmosphere
If you continue to feel disturbed by the dreams that occur too often or you feel fatigue due to disturbed sleep, you can consult directly with a psychiatrist or psychologist so that further tests can be done to determine your condition. If needed you can get additional therapy or treatment according to the results of your examination.
Hope it helps you,
