Drink Antimo Before Bed?
I really have a hard time sleeping on time so I consume Antimo almost every day. what kind of future impact? and how can you go to sleep quickly without having to take an antimo?
Thank you for the question.
The drug you mentioned contains the active composition of dimenhydrinate which can inhibit the action of histamine thereby minimizing nausea and dizziness, such as travel sickness, vertigo, Meniere's disease, and so on.
One side effect that can arise due to consumption of this drug is in the form of drowsiness. Even so, it is not appropriate to use this drug as a treatment for insomnia (difficulty sleeping) as you do, considering other side effects that can be quite severe, such as dizziness, loss of appetite, heartburn, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, spasms, allergies, even convulsions. In the long term, the use of this drug is also known to trigger depression, mental confusion, loss of energy, urination disorders, also disorders of thought and social interaction.
Therefore, considering its dangerous side effects, and remembering that these drugs are not classified as over-the-counter drugs, you should avoid the habit of taking these drugs carelessly without a doctor's prescription. If it is indeed difficult to sleep that you experience is very disturbing, you should try to overcome first by:
Create a more regular sleep and wake up schedule every day. Limit, or if necessary, don't take a nap. Fill in your days with productive activities, including work, study, socializing, do hobbies, exercise, and so on so that you feel tired and easier to sleep at night Don't consume caffeine, alcohol or any drugs carelessly Keep yourself calm, don't worry, panic, fear, or excessive stress Make your room always comfortable, clean, fragrant, not noisy, and the temperature isn't too cold or too sultry If not yet successful, do not hesitate to go directly to a doctor or a neurologist for further treatment, ok?
I hope this helps.
