Drink Good Vitamins
Doc, may I drink fituno today but drink redoxon tomorrow?
Hello, thank you for the question to HealthReplies.com
Basically the consumption of vitamins is only supplementary (not required), not even needed by healthy people who are already able to meet their nutritional needs through food. Herbal supplements (such as Fituno) are also not recommended for long-term consumption (more than 10-14 days). If you are currently in good health, you don't have vitamin C deficiency or other vitamin deficiencies, then you don't need to take these supplements for the purpose of maintaining or enhancing your body's immunity. Consumption of vitamin C supplements or herbal supplements as you mentioned is also not proven to prevent corona virus infection.
To prevent viral infections, it would be better if you focus on doing the following things:
Stay at home and not leave the house if you are not really forced to
Not going to crowded and crowded places, including not using public transportation
Always maintain a safe distance from other people if you have to go outside the house (at least 1.8-2 meters) and avoid direct contact with others (do not shake hands, kiss hands, cuddle, etc.)
Wash your hands often with soap, or use a hand sanitizer if there is no washing place
Do the correct cough / sneezing etiquette, cover your nose and mouth using the inside of your elbow
Isolate yourself at home if you experience symptoms of upper respiratory tract infection
Take care of your health by getting enough sleep (7-9 hours a day), eating complete nutritious food and drinking enough, exercising at least 30 minutes a day, and not smoking.
Masks are not recommended for use by healthy people.
So much information from me, hopefully enough answer
