Thank you for the question on HealthReplies.com,
Menstruation is the discharge of blood from the genitals due to the thickening of the uterine lining. Menstruation occurs in cycles with a mean duration of 28 days, but menstrual cycles can still be said to be normal with a duration of 21-35 days. Menstruation itself has a duration of 2-7 days. During menstruation, blood is found normally accompanied by pain in the stomach such as stomach cramps.
Some disorders that can be found in the menstrual cycle include:
Menstrual cycles are too short (less than 21 days), so menstruation often occurs.
Menstrual cycles are too rare (more than 35 days), so menstruation rarely occurs.
Menstrual cycles are disrupted so that menstruation does not occur.
Bleeding that occurs between two menstrual cycles.
Bleeding in excessive menstrual cycles.
Pain in excessive menstrual cycles.
It is recommended to consult a gynecologist regarding menstrual disorders experienced. Physical examination needs to be done and can be considered supporting examinations related to the condition of your menstrual abnormalities. No scientific evidence has been found related to powdered drinks that cause dry genital conditions and have an effect on infertility. However, in general to maintain health and blood sugar levels, you should avoid sweet drinks or instant drinks that are packaged in powder form.
Avoid taking self-medication without doctor's instructions, avoid eating fast food and instant drinks, monitor and record your menstrual cycle to find out the regular menstrual cycle you are experiencing.
Hopefully this information can help you,
