Dropping Often All Of A Sudden
I want to ask the doc. Initially I was fit and healthy. Then suddenly shortness of breath and nausea, sometimes even vomiting. doc.because this suddenly happened.
Thank you for the question.
Shortness of breath, nausea, vomiting, weakness like wanting to pass out, ears buzzing, and blurry vision that appears suddenly most often occurs due to hypotension (low blood pressure). There are many conditions that can trigger hypotension, including:
Heart disorders, such as due to bradycardia, heart attack, weak heart
Hormone disorders, such as pregnancy, diabetes, parathyroid gland disorders
Dehydration (lack of fluids)
Other factors, such as severe infections, allergies, malnutrition, drug side effects, orthostatic hypotension, and so on
It could also be that, besides hypotension, your complaints that arise suddenly are caused by anemia, panic attacks, viral or bacterial infections, vertigo, hypoglycemia, psychosomatic disorders, poisoning, and many other medical conditions.
Cannot be certain exactly what triggered your complaint at this time, if not done a direct examination by a doctor. Therefore, if the complaint feels very disturbing your activities, you should immediately consult a doctor or doctor of internal medicine. Usually, not just a physical examination, your doctor can also direct you to undergo a heart record examination, laboratory, and other supporting tests.
Meanwhile, your complaint can be alleviated first by:
Compress warm chest and tight stomach and nausea
Enough sleep and regular
Don't eat too late, drink more (minimum 2 liters a day)
First reduce the habit of eating spicy, sour, and gassed foods
Limit excessive physical activity, especially in the hot sun
Expand relaxation, so as not to stress
Stay away from things that make you allergic
Do not take any medicine without a doctor's prescription
Hope this helps ...
