Hello, thank you for the question to HealthReplies.com

Dry cough can be caused by many possibilities, some of which are:

respiratory tract infections by viruses or bacteria allergic reactions to respiratory tract irritation, for example due to cigarette smoke, air pollution, certain chemicals asthma side effects of GERD drugs or stomach acid disease To find out the exact cause, it must be done directly to the doctor. However, given the corona virus pandemic now, you should not go to the doctor first if you are not really forced. One more thing, given the corona virus pandemic now, all people with symptoms of upper respiratory tract infections (one of which is coughing), especially if accompanied by fever, are very, very strongly recommended for self-isolation at home.

You should not go outside the house at all if you are not really forced to, sleep in the same room alone, avoid direct contact with others, including your householders, wear masks at all times, keep a safe distance from others (minimum 1.8-2 meter), do not eat from the same plate as your housemates, do not use cutlery together, wash your hands frequently (and encourage your householders to do the same), and maintain your health and endurance sufficiently sleep, eat enough, drink enough, exercise enough, and don't smoke.

To help deal with your dry cough, you can try to do the following:

drink enough fluids to clean your house of things that have the potential to become allergens, for example dust and dust mites, dander / animal dander, pollen or grass flowers, mold spores, etc. avoid smoking and exposure to cigarette smoke avoid exposure to air pollution pairs of humidifiers or air humidifier in your bedroom or in your workspace if your workspace is air-conditioned

So much information from me, hopefully enough answer
