I was given antibiotics and vit. after taking it I felt excruciating pain after a few hours of taking the medicine. it doesn’t hurt but instead oozes a clear yellow liquid like oil but the texture is runny not sticky that’s why I think so and my hearing is a bit disturbed. thank you

Boils form due to infection of the hair follicles in the skin, including the ear canal. The most common cause of infection from boils is Staphylococcus aureus bacteria, which are bacteria that normally appear on the surface of the skin. As a result of boils, sufferers can feel pain, not only in the ear, but can also feel severe enough to radiate to the head. In addition, patients can also experience fever due to severe inflammation. Lumps due to boils are usually characterized by a reddish color, feel warm, and have white spots filled with pus at the top. When it bursts, these lumps can ooze pus. This is likely what causes a yellowish discharge from your ear.
You can check directly with an ENT specialist to be sure. In addition to the result of a ruptured boil, abnormal ear discharge as you have experienced can also result from a ruptured eardrum. This condition can also be related to the spread of infection from a previous respiratory infection that you suffer from (which is characterized by the flu). With direct inspection, doctors can certainly identify this. Furthermore, treatment will be adjusted according to the cause of the complaint, either through medication, irrigation of pus, or possibly surgery (if a large enough torn eardrum is found).
In the meantime, you can clean the secretions that come out of the ear using clean gauze. Do not poke your ear or insert any object into your ear without a doctor's supervision. Don't forget to always keep your ears dry, for example by drying them after every shower. You can take paracetamol first to reduce the pain which is quite annoying.
Hope it helps ya..
