Hello, thank you for the question to HealthReplies.com
The symptoms that you experience can occur due to a blockage in your eustachian tube. The eustachian tube is the channel that connects your middle ear with the cavity behind your nose and throat. This channel has a function to adjust the pressure inside the middle ear to always be the same as the pressure outside the ear. The presence of blockages in this channel will cause symptoms such as full ears, pain in the ear, buzzing ears, dizziness and disturbance of balance, sounds like bubbles bursting in the ear.
Blockages in the Eustachian tube can occur due to many possibilities, the most common cause is inflammation of the nose and throat (for example when you are coughing a cold) can be due to infection, irritation, or allergies. In general, the symptoms of blockage in the Eustachian tube will disappear by itself after the cause of the blockage is resolved. If within 1 week your symptoms do not improve, immediately go to the ENT doctor to do further evaluation. Immediately go to the doctor too if you feel heavy pain in your ears or your ears discharge.
For now, it's best to avoid using certain ear drops (ear drops only deal with disorders of your external ear), don't pry the ears with anything (including cotton buds or your fingers), and avoid blowing your nose too hard. If indeed you have allergies, avoid allergens or substances that cause your allergies to appear.
So much information from me, hopefully enough answer
