Ears Ringing From The Flu?

Hello Yulianah, thank you for asking at HealthReplies.com.
Ringing in the ears or what is called tinnitus is not a disease, but a symptom caused by certain other conditions or diseases. based on your complaint, this can still be related to the flu that you previously experienced, remembering that there is a connection between the duct system between the ear, nose and throat. several factors that can cause the sensation of ringing in the ears include:
Damage or interference with the inner ear
Exposure to sound that is too loud, such as the use of earphones
Infection in the middle ear, such as otitis media
A buildup of fluid in the middle ear
Disturbances in the hearing bones, so the conduct of sound can be disturbed
Accumulation of dirt in the ear canal
Other system disorders, such as hyperthyroidism, hypertension
In the meantime what you can do include:
Avoid using earphones
Turn your attention to another busy life
Play music when in a quiet room
Get enough sleep and rest
Set a good diet
Consume a lot of water
Do relaxation and manage stress
if your complaints don't get better, or even more burdensome, it's a good idea to check with your ENT doctor to get a direct examination and the right and best treatment for you.
So much information from me, hopefully it helps
