Easily Tired And Sleepy Accompanied By Fecal Discharge When Exercising?
Hello, I can’t get tired easily, and do I often feel sleepy when I get tired? When I get tired and I get tired often I don’t come out on CDs even though I don’t have diarrhea?
Excessive fatigue without the activity that should be able to make you tired can be called fatigue. Fatigue is a symptom that can accompany a variety of conditions and diseases. Some conditions that cause fatigue such as lack of rest, use of drugs or excessive alcohol consumption, lack of activity, consumption of unhealthy foods, jetlag. While for diseases that can give symptoms of fatigue for example:
Obstructive sleep apnea
Chronic kidney disease
If the symptoms of fatigue are accompanied by bleeding from the anus, heavy menstrual bleeding, vomiting of blood, chest pain, shortness of breath, such as fainting, severe abdominal pain, you should immediately see a doctor. To diagnose a disease that causes fatigue, a direct examination with a doctor is needed.
Stool release during exercise can be caused by factors such as movements such as running, causing food in the intestines to move, weak anal sphincter muscles. In long distance runners the runner's gut is known as runner's diarrhea, which is characterized by abdominal cramps, flatulence, bleeding from the anus and diarrhea that occur while running. The cause is not known for sure, allegedly because there is a decrease in blood supply to the intestine, the distance from the last meal with running too close, dehydration, and also depends on the type of food eaten.
If the symptoms that you are experiencing interfere with your activities, you should consult a doctor to get a diagnosis and appropriate treatment. Thus the explanation from me, hopefully useful.
