Easily Tired, No Appetite, The View Can Not Focus?
I get tired easily, my appetite is also reduced and my vision can sometimes not focus, even though my blood pressure is normal. Are those common symptoms when tired ??
Hello Light! Thank you for asking at HealthReplies.com.
Easily fatigued and the visual disturbances you mentioned cannot only occur due to blood pressure disorders. There are various possible causes, including lack of rest (fatigue), various infections, metabolic disorders (eg thyroid hormone disorders), and impaired wisdom teeth growth. First, it needs to be confirmed in advance whether you have gotten enough rest lately. Correct as you say the symptoms you mentioned can be common symptoms that occur when fatigue. Poor rest can cause you to tire easily and decrease your appetite. Fatigue can make your vision system also unable to function properly, so your vision is difficult to focus on. You need to get a good night's sleep, a minimum of 7 hours per night. Try to sleep at the same time and wake up at the same time each day (even though it's a holiday). Dim the lights in the room and make sure the bedroom is quiet enough with a temperature that is comfortable for you. During the day, increase physical activity and avoid sleeping during the day. Avoid foods or drinks that contain caffeine, including coffee, tea, soda, and chocolate. If after trying this for a week and there is no improvement, see a doctor to be examined directly. You can also see a doctor if your symptoms get worse.
That's all information from me. I hope this helps.
