Eating after exercise is fine, but experts suggest that eating after exercising should be done after 45 minutes. It is not correct to say that a person eats immediately after exercising, so their sports activities are in vain, because this depends on how many calories are burned from these sports activities and how many calories the food is consumed and its types.
For example, if a person exercises for a while but then eats a large amount even more than usual, the benefits of exercise will not be too much.
Eating after exercise is basically good for health because the body will lose fluids and sugar as a source of energy for the body. In addition, muscle tissue will be damaged during exercise. So that's choosing the right type of food needs to be done.
As for the types of food that are recommended for consumption after exercise, you should limit your intake of carbohydrates (sweet foods, rice, noodles, bread, etc.).
