Eating And Activities To Strengthen The Lungs?
I like to easily fatigue during ordinary activities and breathing easily. Sometimes I don’t feel comfortable breathing. my chest didn’t hurt, and didn’t cough. A month ago I had a pneumothoric, too, I had been taking medication for 8 months. Is breathing difficult because of my illness? Are there foods and activities undertaken to strengthen / cleanse the lungs? Thank you, doctor
Good morning, thanks for asking at HealthReplies.com. Complaints that you experience, can occur due to various things, including:
Overweight or obese
Anemia or lack of red blood cells
Stomach acid disease
Low blood pressure
Lack of fluids and nutrition
Low blood sugar levels
Poor blood flow
So the history of your disease, it could be related because after all, what is attacked is the lungs, the main organs of breathing. But all these possibilities are impossible to know if there is no direct examination. Therefore, check with your doctor who has been caring for you, or to the pulmonary doctor to ascertain whether or not there is a link between the history of the disease with your complaints now, and if there is no connection or your lungs are fine, to which direction the trend is. If it turns out that the disease is outside the lungs, your doctor will refer you to the appropriate specialist, for example an internist. The treatment you will receive later depends on the results of your doctor's examination.
Meanwhile, no need to worry too much, maintain an ideal body weight, do not force yourself to exercise. Routinely measure your heart rate and when the pulse reaches 220 - age (for example, you are 25 years old then 220-25 = 195 times per minute), stop your exercise immediately. Avoid cigarette smoke and pollution continue to consume drugs regularly, and immediately consult a doctor. So, hopefully answering your question.
