Good morning, thanks for asking at HealthReplies.com. Consuming squid should not trigger stomach acid, because as you have also mentioned, stomach acid is only triggered by foods that are sour, oily, coconut milk and sour.
As for your case, you feel stomach acid increase after consuming squid, it needs to be studied more deeply about the moments you consume the squid. It might not be specific to the cum, but it could be because at that time you also drank coffee, or you ate in a condition where you were already too late to eat, so the stomach acid had actually gone up before.
Another possibility, it could also actually you do not feel spicy or sour on the tongue, but the spicy component, acid, oil or coconut milk is still in the food. Because even though our tongue doesn't taste it, it doesn't mean it's not spicy. In essence, it should only itself cannot cause acid reflux, and neither can sugar ice. However, if you are allergic to both, then you may feel stomach aches.
What is clear, if indeed you have tried to eliminate all the possibilities and still stomach pain, regardless of what is the real cause, it's better to avoid consuming squid first. If symptoms persist, see your doctor. So, hopefully answering your question.
