Effects Of Fish Oil Consumption When Allergic To Sea Fish?
good afternoon, i am a teenage boy aged 19 want to ask a little question from the doctor, i have an allergy to sea fish, eggs and poultry, so is it okay if i want to consume fish oil? Will it have an effect on aggravating my allergies? because I plan to consume fish oil to gain weight. thank you doctor
Basically protein is a very important nutritional component for the body, but in some people have allergic reactions to certain proteins. Allergy to protein is usually found in food, so it is usually called food allergy. Where a person's immune system responds excessively to the protein from food consumed. Symptoms usually occur in the form of rashes on the skin, reaction to the respiratory tract or gastrointestinal disorders.
Protein allergy problems that often occur are egg, milk, fish allergies, seafood allergies and allergies to nuts. The fish oil you consume will naturally contain fish protein in it, so that it may cause an allergic reaction to appear on your body. For that you should consult directly with your doctor, and convey your intention to consume fish oil that you mean. So that you can be directly monitored by a doctor who checks and treats you so that allergic reactions can be avoided.
Before you consult directly with your doctor you should not consume fish oil that you have. You can look for food sources or other supplements that are safe and cannot prevent you from allergic reactions but can increase your weight. If you don't have an allergy to milk, you can use it to increase your weight. In addition, do a few simple things that can make you gain weight such as not leaving breakfast, prepare a menu of foods that you like, eat in small portions but often, choose healthy snacks, avoid foods that are too much fiber so you can eat more often.
So that we can convey, hopefully useful. Thanks.
