Hi Muhammad, Thank you for the question.

Have you taken your child to see a urologist? Varicocele is an enlargement of the veins in the testicles sac. This enlargement occurs gradually and is more common in the left scrotum. Varicocele often occurs at puberty from the age of 15-25 years. Apart from discomfort or pain, varicoceles can cause shrinkage of the testicles and a minority of cases can cause infertility. We recommend that you immediately bring your child to consult a urologist for further examination. The doctor will ask about your child's complaints, examine the scrotum, and suggest additional examinations such as ultrasound. After doing this examination, the doctor will determine the next treatment which can be in the form of embolization or open surgery. Treatment is usually not necessary if this condition causes no symptoms or causes no complications. However, because your child has experienced testicular shrinkage, please consult a doctor immediately.

I hope this helps.
