Excessive Anxiety Accompanied By Mood Swings And Excessive Thinking?
Good night. before I want to describe my current condition, it’s been a few months I feel too often moodswing (outside the PM). Changes in mood that lead to excessive sadness to cry, excessive anxiety, annoyance, feeling guilty, without knowing the cause. Also often think of something that is not necessarily going to happen (overthinking) before it didn’t. Plus my hours of sleep are getting here more and more gabener. Even a full day I can sleep for a maximum of 3 hours. I felt something was wrong with me. Strangely, everything that I felt suddenly changed. Such as when I am sad, a few minutes later I will feel fine. I wonder why? Thank you for the answer
