Hello doctor. I’m Rose, 17 years old. During this time I have always been anxious and frightened every time I meet strangers even though I only pass by on the street, stand in public, be in a crowded place I am always afraid that they will hurt me, insult me, and humiliate me so that I stress and trouble whenever I socialize and I easy to worry about anything even in moments not tense though. I am also often stressed and sad to continue on even my mood is always bad. For the past few months, my hands have been tremor, I have been forgetful, have difficulty concentrating, have difficulty understanding listening and sometimes reading, doing repetitive things in a day such as checking my cellphone in a bag (when I am really worried), worrying too much, crying easily, feeling scared and even being conditioned even calm, often have a headache, and no enthusiasm in life.
